Due to growth within our global Talent Acquisition Team, we have a need for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner based in India OR The Philippines, to join us on an initial 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

As a TA Partner at ProPharma you will be responsible for following the hiring process to proactively identify consultants, independent contractors/freelancers, and regular full-time and part-time candidates across UK, EU and Rest of World.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Within tight deadlines, identify candidates to be considered for 'hard-to-fill' vacancies through professional networking, and active sourcing sites including LinkedIn and Naukri.

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to achieve required staffing levels.

  • Meet with managers to develop specific recruiting plans.

  • Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.

  • Manage own workload.

  • Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.

  • Create, establish, and maintain a consistent, competitive, pool of candidates for hiring need consideration at all times.

  • Maintain global applicant tracking system (Workday)

  • Ensure the recruiting/hiring process for both contract and regular hires is structured, efficient, and fits within the guidelines of the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); train management staff on process when needed.

  • Limited travel to attend meetings, including those held in other Company offices and attend conferences and career fairs, etc.

  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection requirements are met at all times.

Necessary Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work with a global team, across multiple time zones and independently.

  • Previous work experience within the Pharmaceutical/CRO/Life Science industry preferred.

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking databases (Workday preferred), Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential.

  • Flexible and able to deal quickly and appropriately with individual situations as they arise.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, within a global organisation.

  • Previous experience with direct sourcing candidates via different sites including LinkedIn.

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

  • Experience advising Hiring Managers on candidate sourcing channels, recruitment processes, legal compliance, selection methodology and diversity.

  • Problem-solving approach, developing solutions to hire into difficult to fill roles.
