Role Summary
We are seeking a Talent & Culture Generalist that will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Talent & Culture Division, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and process improvement that will support the organization’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
What You Will Do
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting technology platforms to ensure all job posts and candidate data are current.
- Support the internship program and college recruiting program by managing program logistics.
- Maintain content updates on technology platforms (i.e. Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Plan and manage the facilitation of internal employee events, partnering with key team members as needed.
- Support implementation of processes, procedures, and programs for division.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to complete the full cycle recruiting process by managing the pre-hire set-up facilitation of all new employees.
- Oversee consistent reporting for department to support recruiting metrics and other initiatives as needed.
- Partner with team members to formalize the division’s processes and resources (i.e. Recruiting SOP, Candidate Scorecard), adding needed structure to support the company’s growth and evolution.
- Assist in creating visual aids and infographics utilized in company communications and as employee resources.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills
