Summary
At Smarsh, the Talent Advising Coordinator will help drive top talent, provide an outstanding candidate experience and enhance our brand as an employer-of-choice. As part of the Talent Advising Operations Team, you will support our talent advising strategy as an individual contributor and an integral part of our HR team. You’ll be responsible for offer letters, job postings, scheduling interviews, working in the Applicant Tracking System to support administrative recruiting functions, and being a highly valued member of the Smarsh Talent Advising Team.
How will you contribute?
- Assist in the coordination and administration of routine, Talent Advising transactions.
- Interview scheduling.
- Offer Letter creation.
- Scheduling candidate meetings with hiring managers.
- Participate in regular meetings with Talent Advising and HR/People Teams.
- Work in Applicant Tracking System to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, and retrieve data
- Other duties as assigned.
What will you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- A minimum of three years recruiting experience, ideally in agency and corporate environments.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Knowledge of technology disciplines and organizational roles.
- Strong initiative and judgment skills.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
- Highly organized, skilled at time management, with a professional appearance.
