What We'll Bring:
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as a liaison between the Global Technology, Data, and Analytics teams and the Compliance & Legal corporate function. The primary goal of this role is to align technology efforts with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across departments. The BRM will manage vendor relationships, interface with internal teams, manage requirements and prioritization, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between Global Technology, Data, and Analytics teams and the Compliance & Legal corporate function.
- Alignment of Objectives: Ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Requirement Management: Collect, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring they are clearly communicated and understood by all parties.
- Prioritization: Facilitate the prioritization of technology initiatives based on business needs and compliance requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a global organization.
- Skills Required:
- Business knowledge and experience working with Legal and Marketing Teams a plus, including strong understanding of technology, data, and analytics within these areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of compliance and legal requirements.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
