Key Responsibilities:
- User Support & Troubleshooting:
- Act as the first point of contact for all Workday Recruiting and Phenom People-related issues who provides day-to-day support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Diagnose system problems, provide timely resolutions, and track issues for reporting purposes.
- Process Documentation & Training:
- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and documentation for common system issues and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing users to ensure efficient use of Workday Recruiting and Phenom People features.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to understand their needs and create tailored user support resources.
- System Maintenance & Updates:
- Ensure the smooth operation of both Workday Recruiting and Phenom People by monitoring system performance and conducting routine system health checks.
- Stay informed about updates and new features from Workday and Phenom.
- Assist with system testing and validation during platform upgrades and system releases.
- Data Integrity & Reporting:
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of recruitment data across both platforms by conducting regular data audits and reconciliations.
- Assist users in generating reports and extracting data from Workday and Phenom People, ensuring they can access the information needed for recruitment processes.
- Provide data analytics to TA Leadership to display trends and opportunities to provide efficiencies in workflows and business processes.
- System Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Participate in system enhancement projects, including the rollout of new functionalities and improvement initiatives.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure that all processes within Workday Recruiting and Phenom People comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage system access and permissions, ensuring appropriate security measures are in place for all users.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in a recruitment role with a preference for Workday and Phenom People experience.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for logging and tracking user support issues.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting module and Phenom People platform.
- Experience and understanding of HR processes, specifically recruiting and candidate management workflows.
- Experience in troubleshooting system issues and identifying system enhancements.
