Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions within the organization. This involves collaborating with hiring managers, identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, conducting assessments, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews and checking references.

Must-Have Skills:


  • Hands-on experience on complete recruitment processes 
  • Solid work experience of posting jobs on social media networks.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, Sourcing and Recruitment tools
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices of the market
  • Self-driven, excellent communication skills, strong desire to excel and ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Qualifications:  BSc degree in Management Sciences/Business or any relevant discipline
