Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Recruiter acts as a talent acquisition partner to PCI San Diego’s D&M location, to facilitate the achievement of business goals as it relates to full cycle recruitment. Implement creative sourcing techniques, interview, extend offer and onboard successful new hires across multiple sites in the PCI network. Develop and execute search strategies that are measurable, focused on continuous improvement, & results oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process at multiple sites including sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, creating and extending competitive offers and ensuring successful new hire starts.
Collaborate with the broader TA team and hiring managers to develop a compelling recruitment & sourcing strategy to hire according to projected staffing plans and increase efficiency of Talent Acquisition.
Work directly with hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategies, candidate management, interview and selection approach.
Liaise between internal and external candidates and hiring managers.
Engage with a diverse range of hiring managers to teach effective interviewing and assessment skills.
Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and collaborate to make informed hiring decisions.
Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the complete interview processes
Lead interview debriefs and gather standardized interview feedback
Effectively work within internal Applicant Tracking System (Workday), including requisition initiation and management, candidate communications, candidate dispositioning, and candidate workflow management
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of related human resources or talent acquisition experience
Minimum of 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Experience working within Workday Recruiting
Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries strongly preferred
Experience managing confidential and personal information and knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize work and successfully multitask a variety of assignment
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state legislation
For candidates in San Diego, CA, the hiring range for this position is $76,000 - $85,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise. PCI offers full-time employees a competitive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance coverage (including dental and vision), flexible spending account, and 401(k).
