Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Reports to: Global Head of Talent

Position Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the continued growth of NexGen Cloud.

In this role you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, helping us attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across technical, commercial and operational functions.

Beyond day-to-day hiring, you will also contribute to proactive talent strategies including headhunting, talent mapping and building long-term pipelines to support future organisational growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced scale-up environments, partnering closely with hiring managers and playing a visible role in shaping how the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.

Candidate Sourcing
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals and creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify high-quality candidates.

Hiring Manager Partnership
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and guide strategic hiring decisions.

Talent Pipelining
Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates to develop strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Strategic Sourcing Initiatives
Develop speculative sourcing and talent mapping initiatives aligned with long-term hiring plans.

Recruitment Operations & ATS Management
Manage and optimise the Applicant Tracking System to maintain structured, efficient hiring workflows.

Recruitment Data & Insights
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance and reduce time-to-hire.

Employer Branding
Support initiatives that strengthen NexGen Cloud’s employer brand through recruitment campaigns, job content, social media and events.

Onboarding Support
Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires joining the organisation.

Required Skills

Recruitment Experience

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-growth tech company or fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting across technical, commercial and operational roles
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and talent mapping
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
  • Data-driven approach to improving recruitment performance
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in startup or scale-up environments
  • Exposure to technical hiring within cloud, AI or infrastructure companies
  • Experience supporting employer branding or talent marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics tools or HR technology platforms
