Own end-to-end month-end close across multi-entity Group, produce reporting packs, manage journals and reconciliations, maintain consolidations and statutory submissions, keep NetSuite updated, and supervise and coach junior finance staff.

Own the Group’s integrated three-statement financial model, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting. Consolidate multi-entity plans, monitor covenant headroom, support funding and debt-structure analysis, and prepare investor, board, and leadership materials. Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and improve decision-making. Use Power BI, AI tools, and advanced Excel modeling to automate reporting and forecasting.

Own end-to-end network design and delivery for GPU infrastructure deployments. Translate customer requirements into network, cabling, and rack plans; coordinate third-party physical build partners remotely; validate deployments; manage five or more concurrent projects; troubleshoot post-deployment issues through customer handover; and select appropriate vendors and technologies.

The role involves owning and improving the design, deployment, and operation of OpenStack and Kubernetes environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security of GPU workloads, while collaborating cross-functionally and driving automation using infrastructure-as-code practices.

Own UX and interaction design for Hyperstack’s core journeys, including onboarding, activation, GPU selection, funding, and Kubernetes workflows. Translate technical requirements into clear user workflows, independently research customer needs, map user journeys, and deliver designs from research through shipment. Build NexGen Cloud’s first product design function and influence product strategy with autonomy in an ambiguous, technical, developer-facing environment.

Own end-to-end physical GPU data centre deployments, including planning, scheduling, risk management, on-site racking and installation, contractor oversight, commissioning, acceptance testing, cutover coordination, and production handover. Build standardized deployment playbooks and risk registers while providing status updates to infrastructure leadership. The role is remote-based in Ireland, the UK, or Spain but requires extensive global travel and independent on-site decision-making.

Lead NexGen Cloud's content strategy, editorial standards and calendar; manage a junior Content Manager; produce long-form technical content and case studies; align content with sales, SEO and campaigns; brief freelancers and own editorial governance.

The Business Development Manager will convert SDR leads into sales, engage with AI decision-makers, self-generate leads, conduct discovery calls on GPU infrastructure, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Lead new logo acquisition across the US and UK, targeting large enterprise, HPC, and AI model/application builders. Own identification, pursuit, and negotiation of complex multi-year GPU cluster deals, maintain executive-level relationships, and align commercial contracts with Legal, Finance, and delivery teams.
