Provide L2 technical support for customers using the Hyperstack GPU cloud platform. Diagnose application, virtual machine, networking, and storage issues through APIs, logs, and Linux or Windows tools. Manage tickets through resolution, communicate with customers, escalate well-documented defects, identify platform incidents, and create troubleshooting guides and runbooks. Training is provided in OpenStack and Kubernetes, with progression toward junior infrastructure responsibilities.

Build and operate customer-facing products, APIs, backend services, CLI tools, and Kubernetes platform capabilities primarily in Go. Investigate production issues across applications, containers, Linux, networking, GPU drivers, and hardware. Develop automation, design reliable services, instrument systems for debugging, and contribute to product decisions across web, API, and CLI experiences.

Own end-to-end network design and delivery for GPU infrastructure deployments, translating customer requirements into physical build plans, coordinating third-party deployment partners remotely, managing multiple concurrent projects, troubleshooting post-deployment issues, and selecting suitable networking vendors and technologies.

Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, discovery, delivery, and adoption of NexGen Cloud’s customer platform, AI Studio, and machine learning products. Lead three Product Engineers, collaborate across engineering and commercial teams, translate customer research into product decisions, define minimum useful releases, and track adoption, usage, and retention metrics.

Provide first- and second-line IT support across London and Marbella offices. Own employee onboarding and offboarding, device setup, account and license administration, access auditing, patching, asset tracking, ticket resolution, documentation, and user guides. Support Microsoft 365 and SaaS tools while developing Power Automate workflows to reduce repetitive tasks.

Own GPU and HPC cluster deployments from high-level design through customer acceptance. Create build-ready low-level designs, rack elevations, hall layouts, fabric topologies, cable schedules, BOMs, power and cooling plans. Serve as design authority, validate procurement substitutions, manage OEM and integrator commitments, support factory acceptance testing and onsite issue resolution, and develop reusable reference architectures for future deployments.

Own the design, deployment, operation, and improvement of production OpenStack and Kubernetes infrastructure for GPU workloads. Build automation through infrastructure-as-code and GitOps, optimize scheduling and performance, maintain monitoring and security controls, lead incident response, and improve reliability. Collaborate with Platform, DevOps, AI, Product, and Support teams to deliver scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure.

Lead onsite deployment of GPU clusters across international data centres. Manage deployment engineers and contractors, validate designs and BOMs, oversee racking, cabling, hardware installation, commissioning, quality control, documentation, and operational handover. Establish regional deployment standards, resolve onsite issues, conduct post-deployment reviews, and develop the engineering team. The role requires approximately 50% international travel and close collaboration with network engineering, procurement, supply chain, and data centre operations.

Own data extraction and integration across warehouses, business systems, and APIs. Build decision-focused Power BI or Tableau dashboards, answer urgent business questions, automate manual reporting with Power Automate or Zapier, and provide meaningful data insights to Finance, Sales, Operations, and Marketing. The role offers greenfield ownership and requires strong SQL, analytical ability, and independent project management.

Own the design, deployment, operation, and improvement of OpenStack and Kubernetes infrastructure supporting GPU workloads. Build automated infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code and GitOps, optimize GPU scheduling with Kubernetes and NVIDIA tooling, implement monitoring and security controls, lead incident response, and improve platform reliability. The role also requires hands-on Linux administration, physical server and rack assembly, data center work, and collaboration across technical and customer-facing teams.

Own the network layer of physical data-centre deployments, including on-site switch and firewall installation and configuration, carrier and fibre circuit activation, and external operator relationships. Serve as the primary on-site contact for network contractors and providers, coordinating closely with deployment and data-centre operations teams to bring sites into production.

Own the design, deployment, operation, and improvement of globally scaled OpenStack and Kubernetes infrastructure for GPU workloads. Build automated infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code and GitOps, optimize GPU scheduling, implement monitoring and alerting, lead incident response, and maintain security controls including RBAC, network policies, and tenant isolation. The role also requires hands-on Linux administration, server and rack assembly, data center work, and collaboration across technical and customer-facing teams.

Own end-to-end month-end close across multi-entity Group, produce reporting packs, manage journals and reconciliations, maintain consolidations and statutory submissions, keep NetSuite updated, and supervise and coach junior finance staff.

Own the Group’s integrated three-statement financial model, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting. Consolidate multi-entity plans, monitor covenant headroom, support funding and debt-structure analysis, and prepare investor, board, and leadership materials. Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and improve decision-making. Use Power BI, AI tools, and advanced Excel modeling to automate reporting and forecasting.

The Business Development Manager will convert SDR leads into sales, engage with AI decision-makers, self-generate leads, conduct discovery calls on GPU infrastructure, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
