Department OverviewWe are currently offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our vibrant and dynamic team at Motorola Solutions. This position is a part of the EMEA and APAC Talent Acquisition Organisation supporting hiring efforts across a diverse range of nearly 50 locations. The role is based in the Cambridge and will require you to work onsite 4-5 days per week. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader UK & Ireland.
Job Description
Your role will include, but not be limited to the following:
Setting up and executing recruitment strategies
Being the first point of contact for the business area/line managers
Managing the full life cycle of recruitment activities such as direct sourcing, consulting, negotiations, and on-boarding
Working proactively with HRBPs and business managers to understand recruitment needs and to formulate recruitment plans
Researching innovative recruitment strategies and developing creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs
Providing subject matter expertise to hiring communities around the total end-to-end staffing solution and market conditions
Coaching line managers on recruitment policies including selection process and interviewing techniques
Managing branding activities to increase MSI brand awareness locally and within the EMEA region.
Basic Requirements

Basic Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in-house recruitment.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Fluent English
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Passive candidate sourcing experience
