- The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports QVC, HSN, and CBI with the recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes for high-volume and full lift cycle support roles within the contact center operation.
Where You'll Work
- This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware.
- You'll report to the CS&E Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
- Screen and fill open positions using TA technologies and online recruiting resources.
- Manage candidate and hiring manager communications to guarantee a quality experience and updates.
- Regular management and communication of candidates and hiring managers to keep them informed by email or Teams, and to provide a quality Candidate / Client experience.
- Develop and implement recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
What You'll Bring
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with recruiting systems, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
