Job Description

We are seeking a recruitment professional who will join our team and play an important role in the recruitment of exceptional talent across multiple functions in Clinical Research industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer for the assigned positions open in Japan and APAC region
  • Develop job advertisements and recruitment materials
  • Source potential candidates via job boards, resume databases and social media
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles and full cycle recruitment process
  • Organize and schedule interviews, conduct and report on first stage interviews of candidates
  • Maintain a database of applicants and interview outcomes using the applicant tracking system
  • Develop candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI and maintain an effective talent pool
  • Establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand the position requirements, business and recruitment needs
  • Advise hiring managers on industry talent acquisition trends and job market
  • Act as a point of contract for job candidates, promote PSI employer brand and ensure positive candidate experience
  • Provide progress and analytical recruiting reports
  • Determine the effectiveness and implements improvement of current recruiting processes and methods

Qualifications

  • Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience
  • At least 2 years of full-time sourcing and recruiting experience
  • Experience with implementation of different recruitment methods and techniques
  • Knowledge of employment law and general human resources practices
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Full working proficiency in English and Japanese is desireable
