Our Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the US Talent Acquisition team. This role involves extracting data from various systems for integration into PowerPoint presentations, using Excel for data management, and handling social media marketing and team networking initiatives. This position is critical in aiding the recruitment team to efficiently attract, recruit, select, and onboard talent.
A Day in the Life:
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiters and TA Leaders to devise strategic sourcing plans and support targeted sourcing initiatives.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and contact potential candidates through job portals, social networks, and the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system, conducting initial outreach and pre-screening.
Data Management: Compile reports, gather metrics and data, and provide market insights and competitor analysis.
Talent Pool Maintenance: Maintain and cultivate the talent pool with regular communication and employer brand marketing via CRM.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with external vendors and internal collaborators, supporting special projects and employer branding strategies.
Recruitment Support: Provide comprehensive recruitment support, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, supervising visa applications, and assisting with employment contracts.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous HR experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 1-2+ years’ experience)
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- In some cases an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results.
- Self-starter who works independently and as part of a team, with excellent written and oral English interpersonal skills.
- Effective at interacting with all levels of the organization and external audiences using the highest level of customer service.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to prioritize work based on need.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint), with the confidence to handle critical information and data.

The salary range estimated for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hour. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
