工作內容
- 負責国际业务招聘工作;
- 根據公司招聘需求情況,通過各種管道搜尋、甄別合適的候選人;
- 負責簡歷篩選、安排面試、人員錄用、員工入職等相關事宜;
- 收集市場訊息,協助制定招聘計畫,開發招聘管道;
- 管理組織內各部門的全周期招聘流程,包括尋找、篩選、面試和評估候選人。
任職資格
- 具備大學學歷,人力資源管理、企業管理等商管相關科系尤佳;
- 良好的普通話及英語溝通讀寫能力;
- 工作踏實,有親和力,具有團隊合作意識及可獨立工作;
- 可馬上到崗,優先考慮;
- 熟悉區塊鏈、加密貨幣行業優先考慮。
