About the Role:

Under new leadership, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs across various departments. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders. The specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals. By leveraging data-driven insights and market trends, the Talent Acquisition Specialist continuously improves recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to building a diverse, skilled, and engaged workforce that drives the company’s success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the United States.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS Certified Recruiter.
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. Healthcare or Behavioral Health experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
  • Experience using data analytics to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and candidate experience enhancement techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating candidate selection.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment status and market conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
