As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a vital role in attracting exceptional talent and helping build high-performing teams across every department of the hotel. What you'll do:

As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, reference checking, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.

Create and manage job requisitions in Workday and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Coordinate internal transfers and promotions, including interview scheduling and HR system updates.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Partner with hiring managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality recruitment process.

Manage relationships with hospitality schools, recruit interns, and oversee internship programs.

Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, staffing updates, and hiring progress reports.

Maintain recruitment channels, including Workday, career websites, employee notice boards, and new hire communications.

Support workforce planning, including annual recruitment planning, outsourced labour, and part-time employee management.

Coordinate locker and shift dormitory allocations, conduct regular facility inspections, and provide feedback to the Director of People & Culture.

Manage irregular working hour applications and renewals.

Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all employee information.

Support the wider People & Culture team with projects and day-to-day operations as required.

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

What you'll bring:

· University degree or equivalent qualification.

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within a 5-star international hotel.

· Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

· Calm, patient, and service-oriented approach.

· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Good communication skills in both Russian and English, spoken and written.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Comfortable using HR systems such as Workday (preferred).

· Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full-time position.

We will consider only the candidates who have the right to work in Azerbaijan.

Skills Required

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
