ERP Maliyyə üzrə Funksional Konsultant olaraq Sizin vəzifə öhdəlikləriniz:
- Maliyyə layihələri üzrə biznes tələblərini təhlil etmək və onları Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance həllərinə uyğunlaşdırmaq;
- Biznes tərəfləri (stakeholders), proses sahibləri və son istifadəçilərlə tələblərin toplanması sessiyalarını keçirmək;
- Funksional spesifikasiyalar, həll dizaynı sənədləri, Setup Documents, test ssenariləri və layihə üzrə digər sənədləri hazırlamaq;
- Təsdiq edilmiş biznes tələblərinə uyğun olaraq Oracle Fusion Finance həllərini layihələndirmək və konfiqurasiya etmək;
- Təklif olunan dəyişikliklərin əlaqəli modullar, inteqrasiyalar, hesabatlar, nəzarət mexanizmləri və Master Data üzərində təsirini qiymətləndirmək;
- SIT, UAT, Go-Live, qüsurların (defects) təhlili, problemlərin həlli və Go-Live sonrası stabilləşdirmə proseslərini dəstəkləmək;
- İnteqrasiyalar, hesabatlar, əlavələr (extensions) və məlumatların çevrilməsi (data conversion) üzrə texniki komandalarla koordinasiyanı təmin etmək;
- Layihə üzrə deliverable-ların vaxtında tamamlanmasını, düzgün sənədləşdirilməsini və layihə metodologiyasına uyğun icra olunmasını təmin etmək;
- Mümkün olduğu hallarda standartlaşdırma prinsiplərini tətbiq etmək və lazımsız fərdiləşdirmələrdən (customizations) çəkinmək;
- Hazırlanmış həllərin Support Unit-ə düzgün şəkildə təhvil verilməsini təmin etmək..
Vəzifənin tələbləri:
- Maliyyə, Mühasibat uçotu, Biznesin idarə edilməsi, İnformasiya Texnologiyaları və ya müvafiq sahə üzrə ali təhsil;
- Baş kitab (General Ledger), Kreditor borcları (Accounts Payable), Debitor borcları (Accounts Receivable), Əsas vəsaitlər (Fixed Assets) və Pul vəsaitlərinin idarə edilməsi (Cash Management) daxil olmaqla maliyyə prosesləri üzrə güclü biliklərə, eləcə də maliyyə proseslərinin bütöv axını, modullararası asılılıqlar, hesabatlılıq və nəzarət tələbləri barədə yaxşı anlayışa malik olmaq;
- ERP layihələrində, tətbiqetmə, genişləndirmə (rollout) və ya təkmilləşdirmə təşəbbüslərində Funksional Konsultant kimi iş təcrübəsi; biznes tələblərinin toplanması, funksional analiz, həllin dizaynı, test, tətbiq (deployment) və istifadəyə verilmə (go-live) mərhələlərində iştirak təcrübəsi;
- Oracle Fusion Financials və ya Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ilə praktiki iş təcrübəsi;
- Texniki komandalarla inteqrasiyalar, hesabatlar və əlavələrin (extensions) hazırlanması üzrə əməkdaşlıq təcrübəsi, həmçinin OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, Spreadsheet Loader və ya məlumatların konvertasiyası (data conversion) üsulları üzrə;
- Güclü analitik və strukturlaşdırılmış düşüncə, tələblərin təhlili və sənədləşdirilməsi bacarığı, maraqlı tərəflərlə (stakeholders) effektiv ünsiyyət və koordinasiya qurmaq, riskləri vaxtında müəyyənləşdirmək və eskalasiya etmək, nəticəyönümlü və keyfiyyətə fokuslanmış yanaşma, həmçinin çarpaz funksional (cross-functional) və hibrid iş mühitində səmərəli işləmək bacarığı;
- MS Office proqramlarından (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) sərbəst istifadə bacarığı, həmçinin Jira, test sənədləşdirilməsi və layihə sənədləşdirilməsi alətləri ilə iş təcrübəsi;
- Oracle Fusion Cloud və ya Oracle E-Business Suite üzrə sertifikatların olması üstünlükdür;
- Azərbaycan və İngilis dillərində sərbəst, Rus dili – üstünlükdür.

Your responsibilities as a Finance Functional Consultant
- Analyse business requirements for Finance projects and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance solutions;
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, process owners, and end-users;
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, setup documents, test scenarios, and other project deliverables;
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Finance solutions in line with approved business requirements;
- Assess the impact of proposed changes across related modules, integrations, reports, controls, and master data;
- Support SIT, UAT, go-live, defect analysis, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization;
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, and data conversion activities;
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, properly documented, and aligned with project methodology;
- Apply standardization principles and avoid unnecessary customizations where possible;
- Ensure proper handover of delivered solutions to the Support Unit.
Position requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Finance business processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management, with a solid understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, reporting, controls, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects as a Functional Consultant, including requirements gathering, functional analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Practical experience with Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Experience working with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration, including knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, Spreadsheet Loader, or other data conversion tools and approaches.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks proactively, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using Jira, test documentation, and project documentation tools.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS certification is an advantage
- Azerbaijani and English fluent, Russian preferable.
