DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

This is an Intermediate level role with excellent opportunities for personal growth and career development, working for a growing business within the cybersecurity and technology sectors. You will join our Global Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment activities for the APAC region while collaborating on Talent Acquisition initiatives.

This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and has a dotted line reporting to the APAC Director HR.

This role Is based In Philippines.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Post job adverts
  • Use the internal ATS to manage applications and collecting documentation
  • Organizing interviews
  • Liaise with and update hiring managers on recruitment processes
  • Taking part in the interviews and meetings
  • Manage the candidate experience and ensure they are updates at all points of the interview process
  • Prepare monthly reports on ongoing recruitment activities
  • Attend recruitment fairs, symposiums, and other events
  • Assist with candidate resourcing 
  • Assist with general recruitment administration

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • have minimum 3 years  proven experience in a similar role
  • Be an articulate and passionate person with the drive to develop a career in recruitment
  • Be service orientated and provide a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Have experience working to deadlines in a KPI driven role
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and use of recruitment modules such as ATS In PeopleHR and Workday
  • Have strong written and verbal English communication skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of labour and employment laws
  • HR administration experience would be considered a plus
  • Degree in a related field would be beneficial

Skills Required
