Summary of the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple countries and business functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake discussions and sourcing strategy to candidate selection and offer management—while partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and HR teams to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate shortlisting, debrief sessions, offer analysis, and offer discussions.
You will build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
You will conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates for skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
You will partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Country HR teams, and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
You will support employer branding initiatives, recruitment projects, and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience, including end-to-end recruitment experience.
Extensive sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer management skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
