Job Description- Support recruitment for Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry across diverse business units including Industrial & Environmental, Natural Resources, Connectivity & Products, Health & Nutrition, Business Assurance, and Support Functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business units, from sourcing to offer management.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability and present quality shortlists to Hiring Managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical positions through proactive market mapping and candidate engagement.
- Manage recruitment agencies and external partners to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, market insights, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment within a corporate or agency environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for technical, engineering, laboratory, industrial, electronics, semiconductor, oil & gas, or B2B commercial roles will be an added advantage.
- Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, job portals, networking, employee referrals, and direct search techniques.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies while partnering closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with SmartRecruiters is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel occasionally within Malaysia when required.
