Job DescriptionThe Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in attracting and hiring high-quality technical talent to support IFS's growth and business objectives. This role serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and consultative recruitment support across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing guidance on talent availability, market trends, compensation insights, and recruitment best practices.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber technical talent across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through continuous market mapping and candidate engagement.
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools, talent intelligence platforms, and data-driven insights to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate identification, and recruitment outcomes.
- Conduct targeted headhunting and passive candidate outreach for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, and cultural alignment, providing well-informed recommendations to hiring managers.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, stakeholder coordination, and professional engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent communities and long-term candidate relationships to support future recruitment needs.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve hiring processes.
