What you'll be doing:
- Review applicants and identify the best talent for hiring managers to screen and interview;
- Work closely with business leaders and the Talent team to influence and deliver quality assessment and a high touch experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel;
- Schedule candidates throughout the interview process, providing a best in class interview experience;
- While not the primary focus, on occasion, you will source and identify passive talent and maintain consistent high-volume, quality, and diverse pipeline;
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever).
What you need to have:
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience;
- Experience hiring technical talent highly preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment;
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and have a problem-solver mindset;
- Experience working within an ATS;
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
