As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will act as a support function to the ATEC People and Culture team. This position plays a pivotal role in being an ambassador to our culture and attracting top talent to our organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and target active or passive candidates that could meet ATEC's current and future talent needs.
- Effectively source and attract candidates in a timely manner using different tools (job boards, social media platforms, etc.) and Boolean strings
- Continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards, and career forums
- Track candidate activity in our ATS and regularly report on trends, pipelines, areas of opportunity, and overall activity
- Obtain a solid understanding of the business and assist with delivery of talent needed to achieve business priorities
- Build talent pipelines and maintain network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details)
- Proficient with various recruitment platforms: ATS systems (Workable preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Skilled in using Boolean search strings
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred and 1 to 3 years of sourcing/recruiting experience

Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $75,000 to $95,000 Full-Time Annual Salary
