The Talent Acquisition Specialist builds candidate pipelines, collaborates with hiring managers, and implements recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals.

Support mechanical implant and instrument new product development as the primary quality engineer. Lead MRB, NC resolution, supplier qualification, inspection plans, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), sterilization validations, risk management (ISO 14971), FMEA, CAPA/SCARs, and regulatory audit support (MDSAP, FDA, ISO).
