Supports and improves SAP S/4HANA order-to-cash processes, including sales orders, pricing, fulfillment, billing, returns, inventory, and finance integration. Configures SAP, resolves production issues, defines interface requirements, and partners with business, development, integration, finance, supply chain, warehouse, and medical software teams. Leads testing, documentation, releases, enhancements, and post-go-live stabilization while supporting SAP EWM, IDocs, APIs, and SAP Integration Suite/CPI integrations.

Owns part of the mobile platform product portfolio from discovery and roadmap development through delivery, launch, sustainment, and retirement. Lead SAP security architecture, roles, authorizations, segregation-of-duties controls, authentication, and SSO. Oversee BTP environments and coordinate maintenance with SAP ECS in RISE with SAP implementations. Document architecture and operating procedures, improve delivery processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide scheduled on-call support.

Serves as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, customers, and vendors. Manages front desk operations, calls, visitor check-in, mail, deliveries, supplies, conference rooms, and general administrative tasks. Supports meetings, events, workplace needs, and facilities requests while maintaining organized spaces, confidentiality, and a professional experience.

Develops and executes sales strategies for orthopedic medical devices within assigned territories and target hospitals and physicians. Achieves sales quotas, grows market share, manages customer relationships and orders, coordinates product deliveries, maintains account records, and participates in industry events. Requires knowledge of orthopedic devices and operating room protocols, strong communication skills, and at least three years of spine or orthopedic experience.

Responsible for enhancing existing products, creating designs using 3D CAD software, generating design documentation, and assisting in product development and testing processes.

The Product Manager develops marketing strategies, oversees product management, conducts market research, collaborates with teams, and manages product launch and surveillance to maximize product line value.

The PLM Analyst supports Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, ensuring compliance and seamless integration with systems like SAP S/4HANA while managing product data and documentation in a regulated medical device environment.

Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based C#/.NET applications, distributed services, and embedded integrations.
