Navan is looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing team as we build the best travel agency on the planet. We need a diligent doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable drafting Slack and social media content as they are presenting to the C-suite.
You are ready to make an impact from the start and you are able to quickly gain trust from both internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll do at Navan:
- Communications: You will lead the development and execution for Company All Hands, working directly with the C-suite to translate business milestones into inspiring narratives. You will build out our Internal Communications Framework, ensuring every employee understands our mission and roadmap. You will also work closely with the C-suite and communications team to draft content, including around major GTM announcements, company milestones, and additional owned content, including blogs, social, and video. You’ll be a key player in ad hoc crisis support, ensuring Navan remains agile and composed under pressure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to optimize execution. Serve as a key point of contact between the marketing department and other functions across the company.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in communications or PR.
- Business Fluency: A proven ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging narratives.
- The "Navan" Mindset: A bias for action, an AI-first approach and a commitment to keep raising your personal bar.
