Role Summary and Impact  

The TA Senior Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles and business areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience from intake through offer acceptance. 

The role plays a key part in maintaining hiring momentum by proactively managing pipelines, identifying risks early, and adapting strategies to meet evolving business priorities. Operating with a high level of ownership and accountability, the TA Senior Associate contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition function through strong execution, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement of recruiting practices. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Own end-to-end recruitment delivery from intake through offer acceptance  
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective sourcing strategies  
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with business priorities  
  • Manage candidate experience and ensure smooth process coordination throughout all hiring stages  
  • Monitor pipeline health, identify risks early, and adjust strategy when needed  
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication and manage expectations effectively  
  • Ensure high standards of data integrity and consistent use of TA systems  
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and ways of working  
  • Support hiring across different areas or specialisms based on business needs and team capacity 

Skills and Experience  

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field  
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven end-to-end recruiting experience 
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across different business areas or levels of complexity 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations effectively  
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1), written and spoken  
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and process discipline
