As a Product Manager - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be at the forefront of managing commercial and internal products, sitting at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology to solve customer and end-user challenges. Your role will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life, confirming that products meet market demands and drive business growth.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of our firm.
In this role, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design, development, and management of product activities from definition through end of life
- Driving product innovation by combining technical skills with creative thinking to meet client needs
- Managing the product lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance
- Overseeing commercialization, go-to-market planning, and sales for commercial products
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives
- Conducting competitive analysis and customer needs analysis to inform product strategy
- Developing and executing product roadmaps and strategic plans
- Applying agile methodology to enhance product development processes
- Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders to support product success
- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and drive business growth
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for product improvement
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback into product enhancements
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Demonstrating composure and sound judgment in ambiguous and challenging situations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
