About This Opportunity
As a TA Partner at Ericsson you will be working closely with our hiring leaders, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and using data-driven insights to make informed hiring decisions. You will be the linchpin in ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. You'll manage everything from crafting engaging job adverts to preparing candidates for their first day, all while delivering outstanding experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

What you will do:
• Recruitment Excellence: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job adverts, align on role calibrations, and develop recruitment strategies leveraging data and market insights. • Technology Mastery: Utilize advanced tools like Eightfold AI, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and video interview platforms to streamline talent matching, sourcing, and interview scheduling. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on hiring needs and strategies. • Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clear and engaging communication with candidates from the first touchpoint through onboarding. • Sourcing & Screening: Build pipelines using AI-driven tools, perform in-depth candidate sourcing, and conduct detailed pre-screen interviews to create a diverse and qualified talent pool. • Seamless Interviewing: Manage interview coordination and prepare candidates for success, ensuring structured, objective feedback and consistent hiring practices. • Offer & Onboarding Leadership: Lead offer negotiations and employment contracts, and maintain engagement with candidates throughout the onboarding journey. • Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all recruitment practices meet local and international laws, GDPR, and internal policies, maintaining the highest levels of data accuracy and confidentiality. • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of recruitment trends, tools, and technologies through ongoing learning and professional development.
The skills you bring:
• Experience: Experience working as a full cycle 360 recruiter for a technology company, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment. Experience recruiting for Senior high complexity job roles. • Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. • Education: A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. • Personal Attributes: Adaptability, results orientation, creativity, resilience, and a commitment to ethical hiring practices.• Business level of Japanese and English skills
