ABOUT THE ROLE
A Human Resources Coordinator at Bright Machines supports day-to-day human resources operations with a focus on staffing agency management, office administration, and employee engagement initiatives. This role partners closely with HR leadership, hiring managers, staffing vendors, and employees to ensure a smooth, organized, and engaging workplace experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies and external recruiters
- Coordinate requisition intake, candidate submissions, interviews, onboarding timelines, and invoicing
- Track agency performance, placements, contracts, and spend
- Ensure compliance with company hiring guidelines and vendor agreements
- Support hiring managers with contingent workforce processes and documentation
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and HR-related materials
- Coordinate onboarding logistics (badges, equipment, workspace setup, welcome materials)
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs
- Support surveys, feedback collection, and follow-up actions
- Help to coordinate celebrations (new hires, anniversaries, milestones, recognition programs)
- Support initiatives that promote employee morale, inclusion, and connection
- Respond to employee questions or route them appropriately
- Support HR projects and process improvements
- Assist with policy updates and communication rollouts
- Provide backup support to HR team as needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative support
- Experience working with staffing agencies or contingent workforce preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
