THE POSITION  

We are looking for an ambitious, detailed oriented and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to help us achieve our goal of doing it better than it's ever been done before! 

As one of the first points of contact with Porch, this role is focused on enhancing the candidate experience for prospective contractors. In this role, you will be trusted to make smart and timely decisions, think ahead and solve problems as they arise.

WHAT YOU DO  

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Porch, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for work from home teams who support the Porch business. 

In this role, you will be held accountable for meeting recruiting and hiring targets, maintaining strong working relationships with Porch managers and acting as a promoter and advocate for Porch. Your work will directly impact the growth of our company as we expand our remote teams.

WHAT YOU BRING: 

  • 4+ years of experience in high volume recruiting 

  • 4 + years of experience in recruiting for US-based companies 

  • Fully fluent or bilingual in English 

  • Good communication skills, especially in listening and persuasion  

  • Time management and organization 

  • Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes 

  • Confidence to work with management at all levels 

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional recruiting and hiring experiences for our hires 

  • Previous experience with Workday recruiting system. 

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload. 

  • Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
