Major Performance Objectives
- Achieve Quarterly New MSP Partner Acquisition Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets for signing new, qualified MSP partners in the LATAM region. Success will be measured by the number of signed partner agreements and their initial pipeline contribution.
- Drive Revenue Growth and Product Adoption in Existing Accounts: Increase revenue from your managed partner accounts by conducting regular business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving deeper adoption of the JumpCloud platform within the partners' client bases.
- Master and Execute the Full Partner Sales Cycle: Effectively manage the end-to-end sales process for new MSP partners, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing. Success involves building a robust pipeline and demonstrating proficiency in discovery, product demonstration, and closing techniques.
Critical Subtasks
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and prioritize high-potential MSP prospects.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential MSP partners.
- Collaborate with the Partner Account Management team to create and implement growth plans for existing partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and account management activities in the CRM.
- Represent JumpCloud at industry events and partner meetings, requiring travel within the LATAM region.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, from technical staff to executive leadership.
- Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts to management.
