As a T alent A cquisition P artner at BlackLine you are charged with championing and driving the hiring process and candidate experience . Y ou will be responsible for multiple roles across the business, connect ing with candidates on a deeper level, and exemplify BlackLine's amazing culture. You will support multiple teams across BlackLine, working on a variety of roles. You will partner with the business to create sourcing strategies that will attract diverse talent that is second to none. You'll Get To:

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet hiring goals.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership .
  • Build sourcing strategies that drive diversity hiring initiatives to ensure BlackLine is attracting and hiring diverse talent.
  • Proactively engage passive candidates from a variety of competitive environments.
  • Own the candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycl e and onboarding.
  • Partner and provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and interview stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
  • Facilitate debriefs with stakeholders and help manage bias in the evaluation process with a focus on critical skills and behaviors to be successful in the role.
  • Develop st rong relationships with a diverse range of talent as well as internal stakeholders, human resources, and hiring managers to accomplish recruiting focused business objectives .


What You'll Bring:
Years of Experience in Related Field: 2 +
Education: B achelor's degree or equivalent experience
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 2 -3 + years of full-cycle recruit ment experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of related work experience
  • Experience working with application tracking systems , sourcing tools and an ability to adapt to different technologies.
  • Understanding of evolving market conditions and passive candidate sourcing techniques .
  • Ability to manage concurrent requisitions with a variety of stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience with a variety of sourcing strategies and research tools
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders .


Other:

  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Confidence to facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


We're Even More Excited If You Have:

  • GTM recruitment experience to include Sales, Marketing, Professional Services & Customer Success .
  • Enterprise SaaS, Fintech and/or Accounting & Finance recruiting experience highly preferred .
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business model , g lobal and/or p ublic company experience .

Salary Range:
USD $85,000.00 - USD $114,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
