Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who lives and breathes talent and knows how to turn a first conversation into a successful hire. You combine a sharp eye for exceptional people with strong sourcing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

In this role, you will independently own the recruitment process from end to end, from defining hiring needs and engaging passive candidates to conducting interviews, managing offers, and closing hires. You bring a proactive approach, a deep understanding of the talent market, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment. You know how to tell our story, keep candidates engaged, and advise hiring managers on bringing the right people to Frame.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruitment cycle across R&D, Product, and GTM, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and successful hires.
• Proactively map the market, identify exceptional talent, and build strong pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ experience, capabilities, motivation, and alignment with Frame’s culture.
• Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, defining role requirements, sharing market insights, and guiding hiring decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates, deliver a thoughtful candidate experience, and lead offer discussions and negotiations through acceptance.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and time-to-hire.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
• A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with Israel’s elite technological military units (8200, 81, Talpiot, Mamram, etc.)
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
