About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You’ll work directly with senior leadership on a wide range of roles: technical and non-technical, individual contributors and leaders. You’ll get real context on the business and the trust to shape how hiring gets done.

AI is already part of how we hire. We use it to research markets, source smarter, prepare for interviews and turn hiring data into insight. We experiment, keep what works and keep improving.

What You’ll Do

• Own hiring end to end, guide hiring managers through every stage. Help them define what they need and align on what “great” looks like.
• Partner with senior leadership on a wide range of roles. Understand their world well enough to form your own point of view, and challenge theirs when needed.
• Go deep on assessment. Look past titles, keywords and polished answers to find real evidence of how someone thinks, works and performs in our context.
• Work with data. Use funnel metrics, market signals and hiring outcomes to sharpen profiles, improve the process and back recommendations with data.
• Make AI part of your daily work. Use it to map markets, build sourcing strategies, prepare assessments and spot patterns. Build the workflows and tools that make the whole team faster and sharper.
• Move fast without cutting corners. Keep momentum on several searches at once while keeping the quality of every decision high.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of hands-on, end-to-end recruiting experience
• Experience hiring across functions and seniority levels, including senior and leadership roles
• A track record of real partnership with hiring managers and executives
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills: you read people, roles and situations accurately
• A data-driven approach, with comfort working with metrics, funnels and ATS reporting
• Experience building or applying structured hiring methodologies
• Hands-on use of AI in your recruiting work. Tell us what you’ve built, automated or improved with it
