As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Partners to join our international recruitment team based at Oriente Green Campus, one of Lisbon's leading innovation districts.
You'll work alongside a collaborative network of TA professionals, supporting hiring across multiple countries while benefiting from the expertise and support of local leaders and colleagues.
Your Impact
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future workforce of Thales. Partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you'll deliver end-to-end recruitment while acting as a trusted advisor, using market intelligence, data, and talent insights to influence hiring decisions.
You'll combine strategic sourcing, talent attraction, and recruitment marketing techniques to identify and engage exceptional talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and helping build diverse, future-ready teams.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing hiring strategies, building proactive talent pipelines, and leveraging tools such as Phenom CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics to drive hiring success.
Working in a data-led environment, you'll use talent intelligence and market insights to support workforce planning, champion inclusive hiring practices, enhance employer branding, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
