About the opportunity
Ericsson is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support end-to-end recruitment across LATAM. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and People stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent while delivering a consistent, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team and help shape recruitment strategies for a dynamic, international technology organization.
What you will do• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition intake and role calibration through candidate selection, offer, and handover for onboarding.• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define effective search strategies, establish interview plans, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.• Build and execute sourcing strategies for roles across LATAM using a broad range of channels, talent pools, professional networks, and recruitment technologies.• Create clear, compelling, and inclusive job advertisements that accurately reflect the role and attract qualified candidates.• Identify, screen, and assess candidates against role requirements while ensuring a fair, structured, and professional selection process.• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.• Provide market insights, talent availability perspectives, and recruitment data to support informed hiring decisions.• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in recruitment systems and follow Ericsson's recruitment processes, policies, and applicable legal requirements.• Deliver a positive candidate experience and represent Ericsson's employer brand throughout every stage of the process.• Collaborate with People Business Partners, hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders across countries and functions.• Contribute to diverse and inclusive hiring practices and continuous improvement of the recruitment experience.
What we are looking for• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably across multiple LATAM markets.• Strong understanding of talent sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer management, and recruitment operations.• Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising them on recruitment strategy and candidate evaluation.• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.• Professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruitment technologies.• Experience in technology, telecommunications, engineering, or another complex professional-services environment is an advantage.• A consultative, proactive, and candidate-focused mindset.
