The PositionThis role is initially for a fixed-term contract 12 months. The employment contract will be concluded by our vendor/third party for outsourcing services.

You will be part of the Roche EMEA Recruiting team, a group of highly skilled professionals in our Integrated Workforce Strategies organization.
The geographic focus will be Extended Eastern Europe (EEE) & CIS countries, however you will also be collaborating closely within the Region EMEA where we swarm our capacities to achieve our region’s goals as one team, and also within our global network.
This position reports to the Recruiting Lead EEE & CIS countries.
Your Impact
Be a professional and consultative partner for our business leaders regarding all talent acquisition aspects
Expertly drive end-to-end recruiting processes and provide customized talent acquisition strategies and solutions, including active candidate sourcing & pipelining, talent marketing, talent selection, candidate experience, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Manage the offer process with all necessary stakeholders (create an offer proposal following our Roche compensation and benefits framework and pay equity considerations, obtain approvals, extend offers, and negotiate with the candidate if required)
Closely collaborate with the other People and Culture colleagues in-country, particularly the Business Partners to have insight about the coming business priorities, and the People Relations Partners to ensure a high confidentiality of recruitment-related topics
May lead recruitment transformation projects across functions/countries
Who You Are
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance is preferred
You are fluent in English but also having additional language skills are an advantage
You are preferably working in the Life Science/Tech industry and have a high passion for People and Culture, particularly for Talent Acquisition with proven success as a recruiter or head-hunter
You are well-versed in talent attraction, sourcing, and assessing across multiple geographies and varied levels of complexity and expert in applicant tracking and sourcing tools such as Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn
You excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across all levels, both within our business and the People and Culture team, leveraging excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to collaborate, negotiate, and innovate effectively
You have excellent coaching and advising skills, and thus are a trusted partner to your business clients and enable them in their hiring decisions
You can work in a multinational matrix organization with the dexterity to participate in or lead recruiting squads across regions or globally
