About the Role:

We are seeking a high-impact, strategic Regional Marketing Manager – CEE to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy across Central Eastern Europe.

This role is critical to accelerating regional growth, strengthening market presence, and driving measurable pipeline contribution across diverse and evolving CEE markets. The successful candidate will act as the primary marketing leader for the region, translating global strategy into locally relevant execution while aligning closely with regional sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

CEE represents a high-growth opportunity with varying levels of market maturity. This role requires a strong builder mindset — someone who can scale marketing impact, increase brand visibility, open up new accounts, and orchestrate resources (including partners) to maximize regional reach and revenue performance.

What you'll do:

Regional Strategy & Market Development

  • Own and execute the regional marketing strategy for CEE aligned to revenue targets and territory priorities.

  • Drive market development initiatives tailored to country-specific maturity, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.

  • Increase brand awareness, market penetration, and customer engagement across the region.

  • Localize and operationalize global campaigns to ensure strong regional relevance and impact.

  • Provide strategic input into regional business planning and go-to-market strategy.

Pipeline & Revenue Acceleration

  • Design and execute integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and measurable revenue contribution.

  • Align closely with Regional Sales Directors and their teams to support territory plans and strategic account priorities.

  • Ensure strong execution across field marketing initiatives, executive engagements, regional events, partner initiatives, and campaigns.

  • Manage program performance end-to-end, including KPI tracking, reporting, and ROI optimization.

Partner Ecosystem Orchestration

  • Collaborate closely with the Channel Marketing Manager and regional channel leadership to support joint go-to-market initiatives.
Orchestrate marketing engagement across key distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to extend market reach.

  • Ensure alignment between direct marketing initiatives and partner-led programs to maximize regional scale.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the central marketing point of contact for the CEE region.

  • Influence stakeholders across functions to prioritize regional needs and opportunities.

  • Bring market insights and field feedback into global planning cycles.

Performance Management & Insights

  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for regional programs.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and marketing contribution to revenue.

  • Analyze competitive activity and market trends to continuously refine strategy.

  • Deliver regular executive-level reporting on regional marketing performance.

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related industries.

  • Proven experience managing multi-country or regional marketing programs.

  • Strong track record of aligning marketing strategy to sales execution and revenue outcomes.

  • Experience operating in partner-led or indirect go-to-market environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to scale marketing impact in growth or emerging markets.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline and revenue contribution.

  • Experience with CRM, event tools and marketing reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zuddl, Tableau).

  • Fluent English required; additional CEE languages are a strong advantage.

  • Willingness to travel within the region.
