Location: Prague, Czech Republic Contract: Full Time, Hybrid

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with to join our EMEA Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Talent Acquisition team!

About The Role:

Do you have experience with recruitment and are you seeking new challenges in the Talent Acquisition area? If you are passionate about covering end-to-end recruitment processes including innovative sourcing channels, new interviewing techniques, offer negotiation and complex communication with stakeholders, this role will allow you to be part of a team whose job is touching the lives of people every day!

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • End to end recruitment process looking for the best candidates in the market!

  • Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit within our environment

  • Delivering a phenomenal candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process

  • Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates

  • Leading our system technology to ensure data integrity at all times

  • Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source candidate (e.g. Linked in, Job Boards, employee referrals, advertising) as well as third party agencies when required

  • Ensuring all follow up on recruitment is done in a timely manner

  • Project work as the need arises in line with TA goals and objectives

We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have:
  • Around 2 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

  • Proficient English

  • Previous experience within multinational corporate company is a huge plus

  • Results oriented, driven personality who can prioritize and take care of high volume of various roles

  • Experience in working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce and MS Office products is huge plus.

  • Experienced in crafting solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external partners to ensure the effective execution of HR solutions across the enterprise

  • Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity, and awareness of AI’s impact on the workforce.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč704,000.00 - Kč1,135,050.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
