We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our campus recruitment and support high-volume hiring efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored to our organization’s needs. You will play a critical part in supporting our Campus and Early Career Recruitment initiatives, including our Futures (Intern) Program, Ambassador Program, and full-time Campus/Early Career hires. Additionally, you will recruit for the Revenue Cycle Management Team at Netsmart, focusing on high-volume roles such as Accounts Receivable Specialist, Cash Posting, Billing Specialist, Team Lead, Manager, and Director positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment and managing a fluctuating desk.
Responsibilities

Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR stakeholders; provide professional support on best practice recruitment, selection and legal guidelines

Leverage multi-faceted sourcing and job posting methods and social media best practices to identify diverse top talent

Screen and identify top quality candidates based on culture, job requirements and business need

Collaborate with hiring manager and HR stakeholders during interview and offer process; identify and recommend compensation ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details

Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment regulations and company policies

Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruitment activity.
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
-
At least 2 years in a talent acquisition role with high volume focus

Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills

Negotiation and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written including strong skills in persuasion and motivation

Experience managing and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems

Ability to create and implement new sourcing strategies

Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines

General understanding of federal, state and local employment regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You will collaborate with a team of 5 additional Talent Acquisition Partners.
This position does not support relocation expenses.
