Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition this role consists of, but not limited to:
- Helping to ensure systems and channels work efficiently to allow for ease of hiring across the global TA Community.
- Collaborating with TA community to allocate tool access, allocate roles, understand, log and track day to day issues and work to resolve with relevant technology owners. Global technology includes WorkDay, Sandoz.com/careers (plus 17 country career sites), Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn and HireRight.
- Managing the central global TA information hub ensuring best practice guides are accessible.
- Partnering with Head of TA and TA Enablement Lead to ensure technology and process changes are operationalized into the global community through a structured training schedule.
- Managing and delivering the TA Community call schedule and capability sessions and own any follow up activity.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- MBA / Post Graduate degree in HR with min 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
Experience of working in a fast global operational role within a global TA team. Operational Excellence: proven ability to deep dive to problem solve, multi-task, collaborate, influence and execute efficiently.
- Hands‑on experience with an ATS (Workday preferred) and familiarity with LinkedIn admin/job posting platforms.
- Experience supporting global or multi‑country TA teams, with strong process, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage operational tasks such as access allocation, issue tracking, reporting, and maintaining TA knowledge hubs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in running community calls and training sessions.
- Demonstrated operational excellence: problem‑solving, multi‑tasking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools.
