Position Summary

In this role, you’ll shape our Talent Acquisition function together with your team colleague —acting as both a hands-on recruiter and a strategic sparring partner.

Role and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like HR Business Partners, HR Planning and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs ensuring alignment between business objectives and recruitment efforts.
• Engage with external third parties such as staffing / headhunting agencies and our Shared Service center in Romania.
• Responsible for full cycle recruitment from kickoff meeting to sourcing, assessment and selection of candidates, offer extension & negotiation, contract management and visa support guidance.
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring teams and coach them on recruitment best practices, coaching them and supporting them in interviews whilst staying up to date with current market trends in the industry.
• Develop and execute strategies to promote our Employer Brand across various channels such as social media, employer review websites, career events and job fairs to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice in the technology sector (ex: Employee Highlights, University collaborations, etc.)
• Contribute to and own cross-functional projects such as optimizing our ATS (Workday), improving existing processes and continuously elevating our Talent Acquisition function.
Skills and Qualifications
• A Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or any other related field
• First experiences in a fast-paced TA role managing operational and strategic projects in parallel ideally in a large international company with complex processes
• Superb stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to hit the ground running and roll up your sleeves – you thrive on problem solving and adapting to each and every situation
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & German language (minimum B2)
• Proactive and passionate about recruitment best practices - staying up to date with trends and having a strong desire to continuously develop the TA function
• A positive can-do attitude and mindset round up your profile. You like playing the long game and don’t lose enthusiasm and motivation when things don’t go according to plan
• Local market experience and strong understanding of recruiting best practices in Germany is strongly preferred (basic German employment law knowledge, previous experience with Visa/Work permits conditions, employment contracts etc.)
