Overview of the Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager specializes in overseeing the whole recruitment process of the organization; ensuring efficiency and effectiveness to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
Main responsibilities include:
- Lead recruitment process improvement initiatives, including the review, optimization, documentation, and standardization of recruitment processes, procedures, and service delivery frameworks.
- Ensure hiring targets, key performance, and operational objectives are achieved
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other talent acquisition event
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular performance reviews, capability-building initiatives, career development discussions, and succession planning.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable labor laws, data privacy regulations, audit requirements, and VBP internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing team to develop and execute recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives, job advertisements, and talent attraction strategies to enhance candidate engagement and pipeline generation.
- Provide labor market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations to support business decisions and workforce planning.
- Collaborates with hiring stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive experience for team members participating in internal mobility programs
- Establish and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, educational institutions, and strategic recruitment partners to support talent acquisition objectives, and hiring demands.
- Represent the Talent Acquisition function during internal and external audits.
- Lead recruitment data governance initiatives to ensure the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance of talent acquisition-related data.
Requirements
- A graduate of Bachelor in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
- With at least 3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role
- Experience with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) , Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage and show initiative to drive results.
- Flexibility – ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills Required
