Prepares and delivers accurate investment, product, and research reports for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing fact finds, updating CRM systems, auditing Statements of Advice, confirming strategies, comparing products and quotations, modeling client positions, editing advice documentation, and maintaining workflow systems. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and financial planning or related academic experience. XPLAN experience and an Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning are preferred but not required.

Provides accounting support for Australian clients, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payment processing, reconciliations, payroll assistance, journal entries, financial reporting, BAS preparation, working papers, and fixed asset maintenance. The role requires strong Xero, Australian payroll, GST, Excel, and accounting knowledge, along with current Xero Advisor and Payroll certifications.

Oversee and improve full-cycle recruitment operations, hiring performance, compliance, data governance, employer branding, recruiting campaigns, and workforce planning. Lead and develop talent acquisition staff, manage external recruitment partnerships, support internal mobility, provide labor market and salary intelligence, and represent the function during audits. Organize recruiting events and ensure effective candidate engagement and pipeline generation.

Provides first-line technical assistance to users by installing and configuring hardware, software, networks, printers, and peripherals. Diagnoses and resolves IT issues, creates user accounts, performs maintenance, updates, backups, and equipment repairs, and tests new technologies. Documents support tickets, maintains incident records, gathers user feedback, and analyzes reports to improve support processes. Requires strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and basic IT knowledge.

Administer and support enterprise Microsoft cloud, identity, endpoint, collaboration, and infrastructure platforms. Act as Tier 2/3 escalation for production incidents, perform root cause analysis, manage backups/DR, monitor platform health, automate with PowerShell, and maintain runbooks while collaborating with IT, security, MSPs, and vendors.

Execute and optimize day-to-day paid, owned, and earned digital campaigns; manage campaign builds, landing pages, HubSpot workflows, content calendar, communications, partner coordination, and reporting to drive lead generation and marketing operations.

Support financial planners by preparing and reviewing detailed financial plans and reports, managing client files, preparing product comparisons and applications, coordinating meetings and travel, ensuring compliance and timely processing, mentoring junior assistants, and contributing to process improvements and workflow optimization.

Prepare and lodge SMSF financial statements and annual returns with the ATO, ensure SIS Act compliance, maintain fund records, prepare BAS and tax calculations, reconcile investments and bank/broker statements for audit, manage GST/PAYG obligations, stay current on legislation, and suggest process improvements and internal training.

Provide administrative and operational support to the CDP portfolio: manage inbox, project financials (timesheets, accruals, invoicing), onboard/offboard resources, maintain project data and governance, support reporting and workforce management, coordinate meetings/workshops, and drive continuous improvement and AI-related initiatives.

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero including AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll and superannuation reconciliation, assist with BAS/IAS, support month-end reporting, and liaise with clients and team members.

Manage end-to-end client onboarding in financial services, serve as primary client contact, run trainings and engagement activities, gather feedback, resolve issues, and lead newly onboarded frontline team members to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Provide bookkeeping services for Australian clients including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll support, BAS preparation, journal entries, invoicing, and maintaining vendor/client records using Xero and related tools.

Lead People and Culture strategy, mentor HR team, drive talent acquisition, retention and succession planning, shape inclusive company culture, oversee performance management, L&D, employee relations, ensure labor law compliance, partner with senior leaders and use HR metrics to inform decisions.

Lead a 20–24 person client services team across multiple engagements, drive performance management, coaching, hiring/attrition oversight, client escalations, SLA delivery, training needs analysis, and support team development and transitions.

Own client relationships and lead a 15–30 person team to meet SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Manage escalations, conduct client reviews, drive workforce planning, coach staff, and identify account growth and operational improvements while reporting account health to stakeholders.

Support mortgage broking team by managing complex loan applications end-to-end, mentoring junior assistants, liaising with clients and lenders, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining CRM records, handling post-settlement care, and assisting with process improvements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Support financial planners by preparing and reviewing detailed financial plans and reports, managing client files and applications, coordinating meetings, monitoring underwriting and follow-ups, mentoring junior assistants, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality work.

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts; provide tax planning and compliance advice for Australian clients; manage audits and liaison with tax authorities; research complex tax issues; assist with tax provisions and financial reporting; collaborate with accounting teams to optimize client tax positions.
