Support financial planners by preparing and reviewing detailed financial plans and reports, managing client files and applications, coordinating meetings, monitoring underwriting and follow-ups, mentoring junior assistants, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality work.

Review and vet Statements of Advice for technical accuracy, compliance, and client alignment; validate and integrate bot/automation outputs; coach frontline teams; produce playbooks and training; analyze recurring SOA issues and recommend process improvements; provide hands-on advisory and QA support across assignments.
