ATI is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to serve as a strategic leader within our Shared Services Talent Acquisition organization. This individual will support enterprise recruitment across manufacturing, engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, corporate functions, and executive leadership while helping drive the continued evolution of our Talent Acquisition function.
This is a player/coach role that combines hands-on recruiting with operational leadership. The Talent Acquisition Manager will personally manage a portfolio of high-impact, full life-cycle recruiting requisitions while partnering closely with HR and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, improve hiring outcomes, and deliver exceptional customer and candidate experiences.
While this position may not initially have direct people leadership responsibilities, it will play a critical leadership role within the Talent Acquisition organization by coaching and mentoring recruiters, elevating recruiting capabilities, driving sourcing excellence, improving stakeholder partnerships, developing reporting and analytics, and leading enterprise Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will bring a passion for recruiting, operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and building scalable recruiting solutions that strengthen ATI's ability to attract and hire top talent.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition & Executive Search and is an on-site position, 5 days a week. Preference is at our Dallas HQ, with potential consideration for alternative ATI offices (Milwaukee, Charlotte, Pittsburgh).
Primary Responsibilities
Full Life-Cycle Recruiting
- Personally manage a portfolio of full life-cycle recruiting requisitions, including leadership, technical, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and other critical business roles
- Conduct intake meetings to understand organizational needs, business objectives, technical requirements, and success profiles
- Develop customized sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, professional organizations, industry associations, and recruitment marketing
- Review resumes, conduct candidate assessments and phone interviews, coordinate interview processes, facilitate candidate debriefs, negotiate offers, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners while delivering a high-touch candidate experience
Talent Acquisition Leadership & Influence
- Serve as a functional leader within the Talent Acquisition organization by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and helping elevate recruiting capabilities across the team
- Coach and mentor Talent Acquisition Advisors on sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, recruiting execution, market intelligence, candidate assessment, and consultative recruiting
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex recruiting challenges, executive searches, difficult-to-fill positions, and sourcing strategy
- Promote consistency in recruiting processes, interview quality, candidate experience, and operational execution across the Talent Acquisition team
- Lead through influence by modeling best-in-class recruiting behaviors and customer partnership
Strategic Business Partnership
- Develop trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, operational leaders, and executive leadership
- Lead hiring strategy discussions and provide consultative guidance on recruiting approaches, labor market conditions, organizational design, talent availability, and compensation trends
- Influence hiring decisions through market intelligence, competitive insights, and data-driven recommendations
- Drive proactive workforce planning discussions and long-term talent pipeline strategies
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Lead Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, quality of hire, and overall service delivery
- Identify opportunities to simplify recruiting workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve operational performance
- Develop standardized recruiting tools, interview guides, scorecards, and best practices across the Talent Acquisition function
- Partner cross-functionally to improve hiring processes, recruiter effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Lead enterprise Talent Acquisition projects from planning through implementation
Sourcing Excellence & Talent Strategy
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions across multiple business functions
- Build proactive talent communities and long-term candidate pipelines
- Support employer branding initiatives, networking events, industry conferences, university recruiting, and recruitment marketing strategies
- Continuously evaluate new sourcing tools, technologies, and market trends to improve recruiting effectiveness
Reporting, Analytics & Technology
- Develop and analyze Talent Acquisition metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive operational performance and business decisions

- Leverage recruiting technologies including ADP RM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Power BI, CRM platforms, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and workforce analytics solutions
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Maintain adherence to OFCCP, EEO, and ATI hiring policies throughout the recruitment process
- Promote consistent recruiting practices, documentation standards, and governance across the Talent Acquisition function
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum eight (8) years of progressive full life-cycle Talent Acquisition experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, operations, technical, finance, or corporate recruiting
OR
- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, twelve (12) years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, metals, automotive, or defense recruiting experience
- Experience serving as a senior recruiter, team lead, or Talent Acquisition leader
- Executive search and leadership recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience coaching or mentoring recruiters
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience developing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and Power BI reporting
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems such as ADP RM
- Experience with recruiting analytics, workforce planning, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies
- Combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
