Operate equipment in the GFM department to produce forged billets to specification: assist pulpit, run rotary forge, operate charger crane, furnace/heat-treat, cooling bed, saw, perform inspections, maintain logs, follow safety, and operate forklifts. Night shift role with training on day shift.

Process and reconcile payrolls (including union), ensure compliance with tax and SOX requirements, respond to employee payroll inquiries, run ADP and UKG/Kronos timekeeping, perform audits and manual checks, collaborate with HRIS/Benefits, and identify process improvements and ad hoc reporting needs.
