The Process Leader in Quality Assurance will conduct process audits, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with quality procedures and customer requirements. Requires effective communication and organizational skills.

Lead and execute financial, operational, and SOX audits; plan engagements; document processes; evaluate controls and risks; prepare workpapers and reports; coordinate with external auditors; coach team members; recommend remediation and process improvements; support audit technology and data analytics initiatives. Travel up to 25%.

Lead and optimize hot working processes for Nickel, Titanium, and specialty steels. Provide technical expertise for forging and rolling operations, apply thermo-mechanical modeling, resolve process non-conformances, support continuous improvement, collect/process data, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Product Engineering, and R&D.

Lead day-to-day additive manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets. Drive continuous improvement and KPI management, supervise staffing/training, manage scheduling, supply chain and maintenance, ensure compliance with AMS7003/AS9100, serve as facility security officer, and operate/oversee metal laser powder bed printing and powder-handling practices.

Lead implementation and maintenance of Quality and EHS programs at a manufacturing site supporting Naval Nuclear Propulsion. Manage audits, certifications (AS9100, Nadcap), supplier management, incident investigations, continuous improvement, and use of GD&T, CMM, and 3D/laser scanning to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.

Support and optimize melting/remelting operations for nickel, cobalt, and specialty steels (VIM, ESR, VAR). Lead continuous improvement, maintain SPC limits, troubleshoot nonconformances, run trials and data analysis, support customer audits, and collaborate with operations and maintenance to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Operate and set up automatic and manual grinders to finish superalloy and titanium billets to specified dimensions and tolerances. Read mill orders and procedures, change grinding wheels, maintain logs, follow safety rules, and report equipment or material defects.

Operate and support rotary forge operations through multiple floor roles (forge, crane, furnace, cooling bed, saw). Maintain 5S, safety, quality reporting, inventory, data entry in PMC/Oracle/MPT, and perform material handling and equipment setup/maintenance.

Manage specification review systems and customer specification requests, coordinate testing requirements with metallurgy and test labs, maintain internal master specs and SharePoint systems, process melt code requests, update quality procedures, and assist with Oracle ERP/MES implementation related to specifications.

The Metallurgical Engineer develops materials applications and manufacturing technologies, collaborates with teams, troubleshoots issues, and reports project progress to senior leadership.

As an Entry-Level Machining Engineer, you will create design concepts, perform process simulations, and develop documentation to support manufacturing processes while ensuring quality and cost improvements.

Perform operational and SOX 404 audits of financial, operational, compliance, and quality processes. Execute audit programs, document processes, prepare work papers and draft reports, communicate findings, follow up on recommendations, and support external auditors. Onsite in Dallas with up to 25% travel.

Lead cross-functional data science projects to develop ML models and optimization tools for material properties, thermal management, automated characterization, and manufacturing process improvement. Map and clean data, build predictive and deep-learning models (including image-based methods), and collaborate with business SMEs to deploy solutions.

Support development and qualification of materials and forged products by applying materials science to process design, troubleshooting, and cross-functional projects. Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, quality, and customers to improve productivity, product performance, and execute production projects while reporting progress to leadership.

Operate and maintain finishing-stage lab equipment (saws, lathes, grinders), prepare and etch material samples, perform macro/micro inspections and photo micrography, record inspection and inventory data, operate forklifts/cranes, follow safety procedures, perform minor machine maintenance, and support lab operations and training while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage product lines for Specialty Rolled Products: set pricing, forecasts, margins; analyze market trends; support sales, negotiate supply agreements, oversee hedging and contracts, provide technical support, and drive go-to-market and marketing activities. Travel ~20% (including international).
