  • Identify emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition across Middle East and integrate them into processes.
  • Continuously analyze and improve recruitment workflows and practices to meet growth targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to offer negotiation—in line with global policies.
  • Collaborate with global hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
  • Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience while promoting our employee value proposition.
  • Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide insights and reports.
  • Partner closely with regional leadership teams to support business expansion and workforce planning across multiple markets.

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • 3+ year of leadership experience (leading a remote team is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Experience managing recruitment activities across multiple countries or regions.
  • Previous experience working within EMEA, Middle East, Africa, or India markets would be an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior business leaders.
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market would be considered a strong advantage.

What we offer:

  • Strategic impact – A role where you will act as a strategic partner to the business, directly contributing to Teltonika’s growth, talent strategy, and long-term organizational success.
  • Structured onboarding & continuous development – A comprehensive onboarding program covering Teltonika systems, internal processes, business model, and talent acquisition strategy, complemented by ongoing learning and development opportunities.
  • Career growth & team expansion – Clear opportunities to grow your seniority, expand your scope of responsibility, and build, scale, and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Collaborative and international environment – A multicultural, diverse, and collaborative work culture that values knowledge sharing, ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Regional leadership exposure – An opportunity to work closely with regional management teams across the Middle East, Africa, and India, contributing directly to business expansion and organizational growth in high-potential markets.

Please note that as part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a case study assignment and present their proposed solution to the hiring team.
