Job Purpose: To support the People & Culture UAE team to mobilise core Human Capital Strategy in Functions and Brands, focusing on people lifecycle activities, including onboarding coordination, people data management, documentation and policy administration, and contributing to engagement and people initiatives in line with Americanas standards.
Key Responsibilities:
People Journey Policy Support (Growth Pillar)
- Support the development and structuring of People Journey policies and frameworks (with focus on Growth pillar) in line with global governance standards
- Assist in preparing policy documentation, templates, and playbooks, ensuring alignment with AMR policy architecture (Policy / Framework / Playbook)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (P&C, Shared Services, COEs, L&D) to gather inputs, validate content, and drive consistency across documentation
- Track policy development progress, approvals, and version control to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Maintain a central repository of policies and supporting documents for ease of access and governance compliance
- Proactively identify gaps and support continuous improvement of People Journey processes and documentation
AMR Secret Ingredient Engagement Action Planning
- Support the rollout and execution of engagement survey action planning cycles (Data Insight Action Impact)
- Create a storyline on You said We said approach to build effective communication loop to our colleagues for transparency and visibility
- Assist in analyzing engagement data and preparing customized dashboards, summaries, and reports for leadership visibility.
- Coordinate with teams to track action plans, follow-ups, and implementation progress at function and country level
- Maintain weekly/monthly engagement trackers to monitor participation, action completion, and impact metrics
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of actions and alignment with engagement priorities
- Support communication and activation initiatives to drive participation and accountability across teams
- Ensure documentation and tracking of best practices and success stories from engagement initiatives
Research, AI & Digitization Best Practices
- Conduct research on Human Capital best practices, AI applications, and digital transformation trends in People & Culture
- Identify and recommend tools, platforms, and automation opportunities to enhance Human Capital processes and employee experience
- Contribute to building future-ready Human Capital practices aligned with AMRs digital and transformation agenda
Governance, Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with internal teams (TA, Analytics, L&D, Shared Services) to ensure smooth execution of P&C initiatives
- Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and documentation across all assigned projects
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and executive summaries for leadership reviews
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates across systems and documentation
- Proactively follow up on deliverables and drive timelines to ensure on-time execution
Key Traits:
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources
- Psychology Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel and
- PowerPoint Good communication and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
