Support the commercial team with client research, sales materials, CRM updates, proposal and demo preparation, and cross-functional coordination. Conduct market and ERP/industry research, document client requirements and meeting notes, and assist with RFPs and sales tracking for B2B SaaS and tax technology clients across the GCC.

Support business development by researching and building lead lists, conducting outreach via email and LinkedIn, scheduling meetings, updating CRM, assisting proposals and presentations, and supporting partnership campaigns and market research.

Support creation and management of B2B marketing content and campaigns, assist sales enablement materials, manage LinkedIn and social posts, conduct market and competitor research, support events and webinars, and help maintain website/blog content while gaining hands-on SaaS marketing experience.

Lead data analysis efforts: gather, process, model and report data to produce actionable insights. Build data models, dashboards, and alerts; ensure data quality and standardized KPIs; mentor junior analysts; collaborate with data engineers and BI leads to solve business problems and enable AI-driven workflows.

Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls and CRM, meet daily calling and KPI targets, coordinate client meetings and property viewings, promote UAE residential and commercial properties, maintain CRM records, follow up to advance sales pipeline, and build lasting client relationships.

Gather, clean, transform, and model data to produce dashboards, alerts, and insights. Identify data gaps and trends, support data standards, and present analysis to stakeholders to inform business decisions.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable (invoicing, collections, reconciliation), maintain financial records, handle cash and petty cash reconciliation, resolve billing discrepancies, support ERP implementation/optimization, produce advanced Excel financial and operational reports, analyze financial data for insights, and ensure compliance with tax, audit, and company policies.
