  • Ensure recruitment activities and candidate information are accurately maintained in the ATS/Workable.
  • Support and promote the Employee Referral Programme to strengthen internal referral pipelines.
  • Assist with reference checks, recruitment documentation and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Support recruitment reporting and other TA/HR initiatives where required.

RequirementsRequirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, either in-house or agency.

  • Confident communicator who is comfortable working directly with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with Workable or other ATS platforms would be advantageous.
  • Available to commit to a 6-month contract.
